Is 450m. away from the Marina and 700 m. from the Wetland Park that is protected by Europe-wide networkof nature protection“NATURA 2000” and Corine. It declared heritage Monument and cradle of civilization belonging to zones of interest (SCIs). Away from the city 11 km. and 13 km. from the Airport. Only 200 m. from the Bus stop, the taverns, the Super Markets- bakery- press, the Medical facilities, 500 m. from the Equestrian Club and Strofilia’s lake - Golf course, 100 m. from the swimming pools and the Tennis court.
Τhe enterprise consists of modern and traditional buildings. Villa’s furnished studios, maisonettes and apartments are working with ecologic awareness and viewing to the peaceful forest of pine and sycamore trees. The rooms are decorated with authentic artworks characterized by a combination of modern comfort and traditional element.
The ground floor apartments are ideal for guests with disabilities. Are encircled by small gardens and a cozy one with a lawn, trees, statues, a fountain, garden furniture, a fully equipped barbeque, a swing, a playground and a huge - safe Tree house to entertain the kids.
There is easy access to the sandy beaches near by as Banana, Agia Eleni, Mandraki, Akti Elias, Abelakia, Krifi Ammos and Maratha.
Upon customers arrival are given information about the island and it’s events by the landlady and traditional home made products in a free charge.
